NY State Rep. others interested in U Thant Island attend Peace Meditation at UN Apr 1983

Around April 9th 1983 (can confirm date of meeting) individuals interested in seeing U Thant Island attended a Peace Meditation at the United Nations in The Dag Hammarskjold Auditorium. The guests included R VanZant (spell) from  NY State offices who was greeted by Sri Chinmoy.

The Guests were accompanied while at  UN by Meditation Group members Rijuta Tooker, S.B Curchack and Adhiratha Keefe who joined with the visitors for a meditation led by Sri Chinmoy
