NOTED PRIMATOLOGIST GIVEN A LIFT Jamaica, NY- The renowned animal researcher and environmentalist, Dr. Jane Goodall, famous for her studies of chimpanzees in the wild, visited Sri Chinmoy April 18 at Aspiration-Ground. After being lifted by the spiritual leader, Dr. Goodall said: “I feel very grateful, very humble and very happy to be here.” Sri Chinmoy called her “a supreme messenger of peace and hope.” He added: “With hope we are still alive, and with hope we shall be able to fulfill our promise.. .of a oneness-world.” Before leaving, Dr. Goodall demonstrated a chimpanzee greeting call.
