The CENTER FOR WORLD THANKSGIVING at THANKS-GIVING SQUARE expresses profound appreciation to:.

• The nation of ARGENTINA for its strong leadership in developing awareness of the potential of gratitude and thanksgiving as a powerful tool for the year 2000; .’:’
• The nations represented on ECOSOC for their co-sponsorship of this endeavor, which can influence greater collaboration among the nations of the world; .:.
• The 185 MEMBER NATIONS of the United Nations which, on November 20, 1997, unanimously acclaimed 2 o o o INTERNATIONAL YEAR of THANKSGIVING .:.
• The THANKSGIVING WORLD ADVISORS of the Center for World Thanksgiving at Thanks-Giving Square, who represent Hinduism, Buddhism,Judaism, Christianity and Islam (approximately 2/3s of the world’s population.) In 1995 they conceived of and approached the United Nations with this request.
