NEHRU MEDALLION
PARIS – UNESCO awarded Sri
Chinmoy its Nehru Medallion on May
16 in recognition of his contributions
toward world peace.
Other recipients of the award
include Indian Prime Minister Rao.
The award was given in connection
with the planting of a peace tree at
UNESCO in honor of the Peace Run.”
